Alice.com: Huggies Diapers and Energizer Batteries Clearance

Don't miss any of my money saving tips by subscribing for free to my RSS feed or by choosing to get free daily updates via email. Thank you for visiting!

I haven’t had a chance to share about Alice.com in the past but this is a great time.  Alice.com is basically an online shopping store.  They offer the convenience of online shopping and delivery to your door but combined with frequent sales and the ability to use manufacturer coupons they have available.  In addition once you have ordered more than $50 from them you get a $10 credit to use on a future order.

Right now Alice has Energizer batteries on clearance for 74% off or so (all gone now). Also certain Huggies jumbo packs (newborn, size 3 and 5) are on clearance for $6.49 each.  This is a great price to pay if you do not play the Drugstore game and shop at CVS or  Walgreens and I know it beats the per diaper price paid at the big warehouse clubs.  This is what you need to do to take advantage of these deals:

  • Login or create a new account with Alice.com
  • On the search bar search for Huggies diapers
  • Add desired number of products to cart and complete your order.

If this is your first time ordering from Alice.com you get free shipping even if you just order one item.  Subsequent orders get free shipping when you order six items or more.  I used a $5 Alice Gift Card I got using my Swagbucks and paid cents for five rolls of paper towels I ordered a few weeks back.

In my opinion Alice is a good place to shop to use to take advantage of their clearance and after coupon deals.  The convenience of online shopping and delivery to your door are also a big plus.

Thanks My Frugal Adventures!

Target Deals: Listerine and Olay Body Wash Gift Card Deals

Tue, Feb 9, 2010

Like I said before, it does seem like it’s a week of goo deals at Target.  Here are two more deals you may want to hear about before hitting your local Target:

Listerine Gift Card Deal

There’s a Listerine gift card offer available from now through March 31st at Target: Buy 3 Smart Rinse 500 ml Bonus 2-Pack at $4.49 for a double pack and get a $5 gift card back

Here’s your deal:

Buy three bonus packs of Listerine Smart Rinse at $4.49 each= $13.47
Use three $1/1 Listerine printable coupons (IE) (FF Link) or here or from 12/6 RP
Pay $10.47 and get a $5 gift card back.
That’s like paying 91 cents per bottle.

Olay Body Wash Gift Card Deal

There is also an unadvertised gift card deal on Olay Body Wash. Buy three of the Total Effects Body Wash at $5.49 or the Bonus Packs of Quench or Ribbons also $5.49 and get a $5 gift card. Combine this gift card offer with the gift card offer on the Venus razors for the following deal:

Buy three Venus Razors razors= $20.97
Buy Three Olay body wash at $5.49 = $16.47
Subtotal $37.44
-$6 when you use three $2 off one Venus coupons from 2/7 P&G insert
-$16.47 when you use three FREE Body Wash when you buy a razor coupons from 2/7 P&G insert
Pay $14.97 plus tax out of pocket and earn back a $5 gift card for the razors and $5 gift cards from the body wash

Thanks My Frugal Adventures

A couple of things to remember:  First, some of you have already reported mixed results on being able to use the free body wash coupon with the $2 off one razor coupon at the same time.  This is not stacking, you are still using one coupon per item but you may need to do some explaining if your cashier refuses.  Finally, if none of these deals are tagged at your local store, scan the items at the price checking machines located inside the store.  If the item qualifies for a gift card deal the price checking machine will display a message stating so.

Walgreens Deal: Rolling Huggies Register Rewards?

Mon, Feb 8, 2010

Here’s a deal report from the trenches (it’s a battlefield out there you guys , hehe).  According to the Krazy Coupon Lady, her sister and one of her readers, the Huggies diaper register rewards is rolling.  In other words you can use the $3 RR you get after buying one pack to buy another pack and lower your out of pocket expense.  In general RRs do NOT roll this way at Walgreens but it seems this one is doing it for the time being.  If this is indeed rolling this is what you could do:

Huggies diapers $8.99
Buy one Valentine pencil $0.20 after in-ad coupon (filler so you can use RR to pay)
Use $2 off any Huggies diaper pack printable (IE ) (FF Link)
Use $1/1 Huggies diapers Walgreens store coupon from Children’s Activity book
Use $3/1 Huggies RR from previous transaction
Pay $3.19 plus tax out of pocket and earn another $3 RR

If you try this make sure to come back and share your experience.  If it works, let’s keep this post updated to see when it stops working.
