They also said that I had not been preapproved to deliver the baby even though my husband called them from the hospital and that&#039;s why they denied the claim.  I see many headaches ahead.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s fascinating how different the various insurance plans are. When I called for an itemized bill after having my second, I was told that it doesn&#039;t matter what&#039;s on there, the contract calls for a specified amount for a c-section, and that&#039;s the amount that was billed and paid, and that&#039;s the amount that my co-payment is based on. So the details didn&#039;t matter at all. Although it still irks me that a couple of (minor) things on the bill are wrong!</description>
