There are two big reasons I love Thanksgiving. First, because it is a time for get togethers. I come from a big family where togetherness was always fostered. As a result, I always welcome chances to mingle with those I love. Second, because of the food. There is no other Holiday my husband and I look forward more than Thanksgiving.
What I enjoy about cooking a good Thanksgiving dinner is that it gives me an opportunity to try new recipes. But it also gives me an opportunity to cook those traditional dishes my family looks forward to every year. No Thanksgiving dinner would be complete without a good roasted turkey, a nice stuffing and a delicious green bean casserole of course! A great source for help with my Thanksgiving menu is the Campbell’s Kitchen website. They have compiled a nice collection of Thanksgiving recipes. I also find their $10 and under recipe ideas very useful.
I want you to wow your family by preparing a memorable holiday meal with the help from Campbell’s. I have FIVE Campbell’s Holiday Gift baskets to give away.

This sounds great. I use the Campbells Cream Soups (mostly chicken or cheese) often in my crock pot recipes. I have a great one for crock pot Ranch chicken.

I love using Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup to make Mock Oyster Dip. I also use it in green bean casserole. I use the Cream of Chicken soup on top of roast chicken. It makes a wonderful gravy.
I love the cream of mushroom soup when baking chicken cordonbleu, just slice the chicken breast very thin and place ham and the cheese of your choice roll and secure with a tooth pick or two. place them in a dish pour the cream of mushroom ontop and around the edges to cover, then bake…ummm!

I come from a family of great southern chefs. It has been my pride & joy to copy & exceed my mother's & grandmother's techniques. But, there was one (of a few) dish that I just could not duplicate – her dressing (stuffing for you northerners) for Thanksgiving dinner. I thought that I had keenly observed her; I copied every ingredient. I called her to confirm what I was doing. But, every year, it tasted somewhat like hers, it was drier than hers, it was missing something ~ utter disaster! I was so deflated. Finally, one year when I called to confirm the receipe after a taste-kinda-like-hers-but-extremely-dry experience. She asked, "did oyou add the Campbell's soup" (long dramatic pause)? "What soup?", I asked. "Any one", she replied, "cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of onion, chicken and rice" (her personal favorite she quoted). That woman NEVER, in 5 years, mentioned the soup. In fact, when I watched her, she MUST have added the soup after I left the kitchen! Lo and behold, THAT was the secret, the CAMPBELL'S SOUP! Success!! And, today, I am being requested to market my dressing, frozen, at grocery stores because it so mimics the dressing that "mama USED to make"!
I love Campbell’s Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom soup. I use it in so many recipes, but everyone’s favorite is the yummy Green Bean Casserole.
I use Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup in a delicious Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe – combine soup with sour cream, mix in chopped chicken and onions and canned tomatoes and chilies and layer the mixture in between flour tortillas. Top with shredded cheese and bake. Mmm-mmm!

I use cream of chicken Campell’s soup mixed with 1 tub of sour cream. Then I cube up 2 cups of leftover chicken, and make 1 box of stuffing. The chicken and Campbell’s soup mix gets mixed up and put in a casserole dish topped with the stuffing. This makes a delicious casserole!
Thanks for the chance to win.
