If you have shopped at Kmart during their previous double coupon promotions, I have good news and bad news for you. The good news is that the next round is coming up soon. It starts January 4th through January 9th. The bad news is that you can now only double coupons with a face value up to $1. In addition to that you will now only be able to double up to 25 coupons per person per day.
I am a little ambivalent about these new developments. On the one hand, it was a great perk to be able to double coupons up to $2 face value. So going down to $1 is a bit of a downer. However, there are lots of people around the country who don’t have any other stores offering double coupon promotions. So even $1 double coupons is still some help. Unfortunately, Kmart’s prices seem to be higher than at other stores and a lot of people have noticed prices going up since the double coupon promotion started.
Hopefully we should still be able to come up with free or cheap items after double coupons. Stay tuned, I am working on this. What do you think about Kmart’s change in double coupon promotion?

Not really a fan of Kmart, but I did go when they doubled coupons up to 2 dollars, I’m not sure if I will go again though. We will see what deals they may have.
This is my only coupon-doubling store. However, their prices are higher in general, and I won’t bother to go now that they won’t double $2 coupons.

Kmart is the only sore that doubles in my state as well, but with their high prices, it won’t be worth participating in. I’m better off using those coupons elsewhere.
I have to echo what the others have said: Kmart is so high-priced in Burlington that it isn’t worth it. Add to that that the store is FILTHY and hardly ever stocked with what I’m looking for? Nah. It isn’t worth it. I’ll drive to CVS on 27th Street in Milwaukee (a half hour away) before I’ll waste time at Kmart. That place was a nightmare to double coupon!
And anyway…my local Pick N Save has my loyalty. While I abhor their corporate practices, the local staff here know me, I know them, they’re friendly and helpful…I’ll give THEM my business.
The last time they did this, I went in with a stack of coupons and came out with a stack of coupons. They didn’t carry any of the products that I had coupons for. I was disappointed and likely won’t go back again. My sister had good luck, so I think it depends on how big your store is and what their selection is like.
Is this going on at all Kmarts or just at the Super Kmarts?

There was no double coupon offer in my Jan. 4 flier. Any updated info available? I did really good on the last one. I got several items for free.
There wasn’t any on my flyer either. I got a flyer at my store. Try calling your store and inquiring about this.

Just went to Kmart last night. They are doubling up to and including $2 coupons! plus, they are now accepting internet coupons! I didn’t get too many things last night because I wanted to try it out, but I’m headed back tomorrow!
