Target has Kotex Pantyliner (46ct) for $2.79 and pads (16ct) for $2.94. Use the Target coupon that came out in the 1/4 inserts for $2 off any Kotex product (I believe this one was a regional coupon) and the $1/1 Kotex pads coupon from 1/11 insert or the Internet printable here to get the pads free. Use the $0.75/1 Kotex pantyliner coupon from 1/11 insert or the Internet printable here to get pantyliner for four cents!

I must live in a region that didn’t get the Target coupon, but Wal-Mart regularly carries the 14ct pantiliners for $1. Everytime the $0.75 coupon comes out, I use it at Wal-Mart since that seems to be the best deal in my region.
