Thanks Rachel, I really appreciate it. It’s takes time to put these deals together.

You listed the Theraflu Warming Liquid deal as Free after coupons and rebates, but wouldn’t that actually give a $2 overage? Just wondering…a good deal no matter what! Thanks so much for posting these – I love getting my coupons together on Saturday afternoon for my Sunday afternoon Wags and CVS run :)

Yes, I agree. Your deals are always so organized, hit only the highlights & things that really are good deals, and you don’t suggest deals with questionable ethics. I love love your blog!!

I haven’t bought it yet, but I think I found a $14.99 moneymaker at Walgreens this week!

According to the Walgreens flier, buy 1 Bayer Breeze2 or Contour Blood Glucose Meter at $14.99 and there’s a mail-in rebate in the box for $14.99. So with the 2/1 coupon, you pay nothing up front and get a $14.99 rebate! Has anyone tried this yet?

Hi Sara,

I have never tried to do this but I have read that other people that have tried it get denied the rebate because they used a coupon to get the monitor for free already. Maybe someone else who has done it successfully will chime in.

Pert Plus, including the new men’s line, print $1/1 at http://www.pertplus.com and coupon in ESC $1.50/1, combined with this weeks sale of $3.49, makes the final price about $1.00.

You will only recieve a rebate for the ammount you you spend out in cash so in that case you will not be able to get a rebate but you will at least get the monitor for free :)

If you have multiple items on your receipt how can they tell the coupon was for the monitor?
(I now in this case it’s probably the only supper HIGH dollar coupon you used so it’s kind of obvious, but what if it wasn’t?)

Oh, and if you have them print a rebate receipt would this type of deal work, does the rebate receipt show the coupon you used? (I’ve never gotten one I’ve just heard about them.)

I don’t know how they would know which coupon was for the monitor. I am just sharing what I have read has happened to many people. Asking for a rebate receipt id probably the best way to go about it.

Thanks so much for posting these great deals!
I wanted to ask if the Theraflu purchases could be on separate receipts to receive the rebate. My printable coupons say only one coupon per purchase…is that per item or for both Theraflus purchased?
Should I combine the 2 coupons or should I separate and claim both receipts for the rebates? Thanks!
