A while back we watched the Food Channel and picked up a secret that IHOP uses to make those ohh so delicious pancakes. The one secret they gave was to use very very cold water to mix the pancake batter with... yep that was it! Now, we always make sure we are using cold fridge water to make our 'just add water' pancakes. We can't say they taste exactly like IHOPs but they are soft, fluffy, tasty, and fun to eat. Thanks for the heads up, we'll definitly be there for the celebration. SistaWAHMs gives this post two thumbs up... u just can't beat free pancakes from IHOP!
