    I can’t print off the Campbell’s coupon or the 100 cal oreo coupon. Both are powered through ‘smartsource’ and each time I try to print it says ‘We’re sorry there has been an internal error processing your request.”. I can’t seem to find a way of contacting them and asking them what’s up.

    I too tried to print the campbell soup coupon and nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

      Guys, try doing this:
      go to control panel, printer, right click on yours, choose properties, then advanced, choose “print directly to printer” option, apply.

      Do this whenever you need to print those coupons, but change it back when you are done each time

      I get the same message for some of the smartsource Qs. I change the properties each time I need to print and it works like a charm.

    Thanks Mercedes, I tried it but it didn’t work. I am going to see about contacting them or asking my husband to look at it. It’s so frustrating. But thank for posting them all!

    Thanks Mary, but the problems talked about aren’t the ones I am dealing with. I contacted Smartsource, and they gave me some trouble shooting ideas, but so far nothing. I am going to contact our internet provider. Thanks
