The deal will be buy two @3.99 each get $4 ECBs back. so the $2/1 coupons work better than the $1/1.

I also found the tear off rebate at my Kroger for a rebate of $4 if you buy two pumps and one base. You gotta love that

To make the Soft Soap deal even sweeter….
My Kroger had tear pads with a $4.00 Mail in Rebate on the purchase of any pump and disposable base. The rebate is good from 03-01-09 to 12-31-09.
