I rceived this tip via email from Diane:

Target has their Whole Grain Goldfish on sale for $1 each. Combine that with the $1/1 Target printable and you have FREE Goldfish. According to the sign I saw this morning the sale price is good until 4/3.

Unfortunately, the coupon expires 3/14.  Hopefully, between this and the deals I posted earlier you have a trip planned to Target before then.  Enjoy!

Quick note for Dallas-area readers… I checked a Super Target and a regular Target and all varieties of the goldfish are $1.79. No $1.00 in any flavor. Got the Mott’s applesauce for $0.09 though!

Goldfish are $1.79 in Illinois as well. I was just at Target this morning. I was happy to get the applesauce for 9 cents and fruit snacks for $1…so was my daughter. Well, she really didn’t care how much I paid for them. She was just happy I bought them. :)

I’m glad you ladies chimed in on DFW area. I find that most of the target deals posted do not apply here. I didn’t even get the applesauce for $.09 It was still $1.69 over here. So I paid $.69 per 6 pack.

I don’t think this deal is legit. I haven’t found anyone that actually got this deal. The goldfish are between $1.69 -$1.79

Quick question. I haven’t used Target coupons before. Do you have to print out 1 per item or does one coupon cover however many you buy?

Hi Sandy,
You have to print one per item you intend to purchase.

Goldfish in middle Georgia are $1.79, so no free fish! On the other hand, Mott’s applesauce is $1.67, which I combined with a 55 cent coupon printed from the Mott’s website to get applesauce for 12 cents.

Goldfish are not on sale at Target in Eden Prairie, MN, but I plan on check one closer to home just to be sure.

Just want to let everyone know that I am in CA and I was sad to find no free goldfish for me either… 1.79 at our store as well. I am curious- has anyone been successful with this deal? On the other hand I was excited to find applesauce for 1.69 per 6 pack making it 14 cents for me!

It did work here in Wisconsin! Free goldfish! It was only on the whole grain and original cheddar. Here is why it may have worked though. It is a brand new Target (opened Sunday) and it may have been a ‘new store’ only special. Sorry for you all, but you will be glad to know that I got ALOT, but I did share several bags already! And hey, don’t be discouraged, $.79 is a good price for goldfish anyway…

Speaking of NEW TARGETS (they opened 27 new stores on March 8th) if you have one anywhere near you, GO! There are MANY in store “NEW STORE” sales that are only in store and are not advertised, but are VERY good sales. Grab your coupons and check it out.
