But I also know that I struggle enough as it is with being distracted at home by the internet while my son is around, and I'm not sure I want to create even more of an opportunity to be looking at one more thing other than him. I don't think this is the case with other moms with smart phones, though, I just know that it's one of the reasons aside from the cost of the thing that has dissuaded me so far. I am tempted to get an iphone for the reasons you described in your post – it does seem it would make life a lot easier. I do not get very many services out where I live. My phone bill is about $73 a month. I am a very frugal person and would normally say this is outrageous but the benefits greatly outweigh the cost in my mind. I rarely pay for any applications and even have a Bible application which let's me have access to God's Word anywhere and I can even take notes. I think that I have by far used my phones worth.
