Thanks for advice! I know I purchased the correct products. I had the circular in hand and checked closely, plus I bought identical items at the two stores as a check to see if the identical outcome would happen.

I think I did use a $2RR from the hairbands now that you mention it. It would make sense that you couldn't use a RR to get the same RR in a future transaction. I'll be more careful about that.

Are yu sure you purchased the right size product? The toothbrush has to be Max Fresh. They have some in similar packaging that could be confused. I have been getting more than one different RR per transaction. If you purchase two items, you can use two RR's; if you purchase three items, you can use three RR's, etc. When you went to the second Walgreens, did you use the $2 RR for the hair bands when you made your purchase? If you did, that is why you only got the one RR for the toothbrush.

Hi Tamara,

Even though the circular says "limited to one per transaction", that generally means that you will only get one RR if you buy two or more of the qualifying items. My only explanation for what happen to you is that you didn't buy the right products? But even if you didn't, either return the products that didn't give you the RR or contact the catalina company. they will send you a form for you to fill out so you can get your RR in the mail. check my FAQ section (top bar) for the phone number to catalina company.

I am new to this RR thing and LOVE it. Thanks for educating and helping me. I do have a question. I purchased the hair bands and a toothbrush in one transaction, and later realized I only received the RR for the hair bands. Today while out I tried a different WG to see what would happen and I only got one for the toothbrush. Are there some rules or restrictions I don't know about? Can I only get one at a time? Can I only earn them if I pay with money (I used previous RR's both times). Thanks!!!

I know a few weeks ago that people were having trouble with register rewards not printing if they paid with a RR, even if it was on a different product. Does anyone know if that is still the case?

Some of the items purchased require a small filler item to push the total purchase over the RR amount. Sometimes this filler amount is only a few pennies. A suggestion to get a cheap filler is the close-out Easter goodies.

Megan commented that the RR doesn't work for run-of-the-mill Skintimate. It works with the 6 oz new one in the blue or green bottle. Edge works with the new Energy, Hydrated and Comfort (I believe are the names).

Also, I check out sometimes at the Cosmetics Register if they are not busy. If I am using a lot of coupons and having multiple receipts, as a courtesy, I will step back and let other customers go in front of me when they are waiting in line. This, also, gives me time to double-check my orders to make sure I have combined all the coupons and RR store coupons, etc.

The printable coupon for $3.50/2 says it is for the 200 count and the Walgreens ad says the 100 counts are on sale...so I think you can only use the $2.00/2 printable coupon?
