I had the same problem. We tried two different Redbox locations on yesterday and the code did not work.

Just got email form another reader. i checked on a few message boards and it seems the code worked yesterday but not today. No idea why they disabled it or what happened there.

I took the Redbox survey and got the movie rental code. Went to my neighborhood Walgreen’s Redbox, which would not accept the code. Tried our McDonald’s and again, no acceptance. Thought I’d written the code down wrong, but came home and checked – it was correct. Anyone else have any trouble? I tried to rent a movie on Tuesday 6/23 at approx. 8:30 p.m. Thanks!
