There are some pretty good deals at Target this week. I am actually very impressed. My favorite deal is the ice cream deal, so I’ll start with that one. The price of the Breyer’s Ice cream was actually $2.29 at my store. After coupons and gift card it would have been only $0.29 each. I stood there in front of the freezer thinking that maybe an ice cream social should be in my future but I decided to let someone else throw that party.
Here’s another tip, I noticed that Pampers Jumbo packs were also on sale for $8.99 each (no gift card deal though). However, and this same tip applies to the Huggies diapers, stop by you store at the end of the week and if the size you buy or bigger size is out of stock GET A RAINCHECK!. First, we can hope and wish that Pampers will have a Gift card deal or Target coupon available later on. The raincheck doesn’t expire for 60 days so we have time to wait for a good deal again. I encourage the rain check because this is the lowest price I have seen Jumbo packs at Target for months! I also mention that the brand, or size, doesn’t matter because with Target rainchecks you can substitute for any other similar item. So for example if your raincheck was for Huggies baby dry size 4, you can substitute with Pampers Cruisers size 5. If I am correct the raincheck limit is 8 units.

Pepsi is 4/$11 that would make it $1.75 a 12 pack with the target coupon!!!!
Thanks Marcia,
I added it to the list, I did go to the store to pick up some yesterday.

Did you use 5 coupons for the Breyers ice cream? Do you buy 5 papers every week???
Hi jenae,
I did have five coupons for the breyers but I did not buy it. I do buy multiple newspapers on certain weeks. if it’s a week I consider to be a good week I buy multiples. I get them at the dollar tree for $1 each or sometimes buy a local newspaper for only $0.50 that has really good inserts.

the icecream breyers was also marked 2.29 at my store but when it scanned at checkout it scanned as 2.50 instead of 2.29 and i checked it when i left the store so keep your eyes on the price it varies
Hi Shiam,
Thanks for sharing that. I didn’t buy so I didn’t have the experience you had, only saw the price tag.

The diapers deal is also very good combined with a $2 Target store huggies coupon (in a recent mailer).
My ad says “Quantities limited, no rain checks.” Spokane, WA
Hi Kate,
You can get a raincheck for the sale price but you won’t for the gift card offer. I hope that makes more sense.

I just got back from Target in Houston, Texas, and they are sampling the Breyer’s ice cream and handing out Target coupons for 75 cents off Breyers, Popsicles or Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. If you combine with the manufacturer’s coupons, they are a money maker.
