CVS: Free Gift Starting 8/1

cvsfreegiftCVS will be giving out free gifts to their Extra Care Bucks customers starting tomorrow 8/1.  How do you get your free gift?  Simple, all you need to do is use your card.  The first time you do that check out the bottom of your receipt and you will see a coupon for a free CVS product.  These coupon usually expires after a week it has printed so make sure to use it before that happens.  These free gifts are great to bring your total up if you have a $/$$ coupon you want to use.  I wouldn’t even know how those look like it’s been so long since I have gotten one.

Thanks Julia!

I can’t wait to see what we get.

I have been told that the CVS extra care bucks/promotions do NOT expire even if they have an expiration date. I have two CVS stores in my town that honor them past the expiration date. Something to check on before throwing them out.

  4. Pat,

    Yes, check, but YMMV.

My free gift was CVS aspirin, 8 – 10 count. In regards to CVS ECB’s expiring, I just know that my CVS is very flexible in taking them, especially if they are only 1 or 2 days expired.

I got a free bottle of CVS brand Hand or Body Lotion, up to $1.69 value! Who doesn’t need an extra tube of cocoa butter?!
