Never tried Schwan’s Food Delivery service? Then I have good news for you. Schwan’s is offering $10 in free products to the first 50o,000 new customers to sign up for their service starting tomorrow 8/1. Who is a new customer? According to the fine print on their website anyone who has never ordered from them or who hasn’t ordered in the last 14 weeks and are located within their delivery route. Actually, from what I have heard from people that use Schwan’s you do pay a small delivery fee. When the $5 code was out, people were having to pay about $1.50 for the delivery fee. I am really glad I didn’t do that offer as this one appears to be much better. Even $1.50 for a $10 item is a GREAT deal!

The promo started at noon US Central. Just placed my try-us-free order. You can choose 1 item up to a $10 value. We chose a gallon of vanilla ice cream ($9.99) to go with the apple pie that’s waiting in the freezer! Plus we’ll get some root beer and make floats on a hot day.
No delivery fee required. Seems to be completely free.

Hi all,
I was reluctant to do it figuring there was a catch somewhere. I might go back and re-decide on trying it. It is also hand delivered I take it which means that it is definitely a courtesy to tip the delivery person. At least I would.
I was just afraid that I would have to purchase again every such and such weeks or so.

I just got my free item today. We got their Fiesta lime chicken dinner for two. It was completely free since it was 9.99. No delivery charge for this free offer. I can’t wait to taste it! The driver was incredibly nice too.
