I am not able to get this. I can fill in my information, but I am unable to submit. I have tried several times.

I had no problem doing this. I just tried again and it submitted although it did tell me only one per person.

I tried and had the same thing happen, I was unable to click on the submit button. I tried SEVERAL times, bummer
