The second time I did enter my email and I still can't get to any screen that will allow me to get that sample. I'm not a stranger to the internet (ask my UPS man Brian or my Fed Ex guy Steve). I'm now worried about Wal-Mart blowing up my mailbox like Lee is... I love CVS - I'll stick with them! I always use a junk email account from yahoo for that kind of thing anyway.
