Huge Schick Moneymaker Deal at Rite Aid 7/19-7/25

Whoa Nelly!! How does a $17 moneymaker deal sound to you for next week?  sounds awesome to me!  I want to give you the quick heads up on this deal The Thrifty Mama put together for next week at Rite Aid:

Schick Quattro Razors are on sale for $5.99 at Rite Aid for next week.  They also qualify for SCR offer #61, get $25 Rite Aid GC when you spend $50 in selecetd products.  This is the same offer as the Huggies diaper deal, so if you have done that deal already you can’t take advantage of this one.  BUT for those of you who don’t have babies this is the perfect deal for you. So, how do you make it into a $17 moneymaker?  Here’s how your transactions would look like:

Transaction #1
$29.95 when you buy 5 Schick Razors @ $5.99 eac
- $5 when you use $5/25 Rite Aid coupon
-$20 when you use 5 $4/1 coupons from the 6/14 SS insert
= Pay $4.95 plus tax out of pocket

Transaction #2
$23.96 when you buy 4 Schick Quattro Razors @ $5.99 ea
$2.99 when you buy one L’Oreal Pro Manicure Polish $2.99
-$5 when you use $5/25 Rite Aid coupon
-$16 when you use four $4/1 Schick Coupons
-$1 when you use one $1/1 Loreal printable coupon
=Pay $4.95 plus tax out of pocket

In total, you would pay $9.90 plus tax out of pocket and get a $25 Rite Aid Gift Card for Schick plus $2 SCR check for the Loreal.  That’s an $17 moneymaker deal.  Wondering where you could get nine $4/1 Schick Razor coupons?  You can check with the  Coupon Clippers or any other coupon clipping service, as well as on Ebay.

  2. Mike says:

Can one really expect 9 of these razors to even be in stock?

  3. jamie says:

    Hey Mike-
At Rite-Aid I often find less shortages than at the more popular drugstores, but if you find them to be out- simply grab a raincheck before you leave. They are good for a month!

-$25 when you use 5 $4/1 coupons from the 6/14 SS insert

    Uh… 5 – $4 coupons would be $20 off, not $25.

  5. Nicky says:

change -25 to -20 that threw me off too

  6. amanda says:

    She
s saying its $25 with the 5/$4 coupons ($20) plus the $5 off of $25 coupon… which equals $25. Read more carefully!

  7. READ says:

Obviously you need to read more carefully she made a mistake and she changed it.

  8. Dawan says:

Does anyone know if we can combine a Schick BOGO on the razors with the $4/1 to make it less OOP? My guess is the free one would not count towards the $50 total though.

  9. kk says:

Didn’t work for me. Rite aid takes the coupons off first and you have to have a 25$ purchase AFTER coupons to use the 5$ off 25$ coupon.(i called rite aid corp and asked if this was right, they said yes) All and all with the 25$ gift card you get its still a pretty good deal.

RE: but if you find them to be out- simply grab a raincheck before you leave. They are good for a month!

I don’t understand how a raincheck would help. I went to several Rite Aids in my area early last week and they didn’t have 9 razors. I checked back and still not enough razors. The most I found at any given time was 2 razors. Now the rebate deal is over – isn’t it? Am I missing something?
