I just emailed a Kmart rep and the new stipulation is that they&#039;ll double up to 10 coupons WITH $25 purchase of grocery and drugstore merchandise.  I put an announcement on my blog.  I&#039;m not sure if this is regional or what, but I encourage your readers to review the fine print before heading out and being disappointed!</description>
