I received the same message after I registered. I'm not sure if it meant that when I registered I was instantly enrolled for the booklet and so when I went to request it, maybe it was as if I was trying to request it twice. Hopefully, it worked.

I'm not sure if anyone else is having problems with the site but when I tried to request my booklet I got a message saying I had already applied for the booklet today. I've never even been on this site before.
