My newspaper didn't have the Staples ad. She didn't offer me the discount either. She did tell me that if I found an ad and brought the coupon in, she would refund me $5. I didn't get her name and now when I read the coupon I just printed it says "no cash/credit back". My Staples is also 35 min. away. I brought this to the attention of a Staples employee, and was told to let the cashier know that I didn't have the coupon but would like to take advantage of it because it mentions it inside the add. The cashier has the code to apply this coupon, and I was taken care of without actually having a hard copy of the coupon in hand. You might want to try this too!
