If you waited to take advantage of the Free Entertainment Book offer I shared yesterday, I have bad news for you. I received the following email from a representative from Cashbaq:
Hello,
Entertainment Book has chosen to discontinue the $7.99 per book offer
through Cashbaq. We are working on getting another offer. In the meantime,
in order to maintain a high level of value for Cashbaq members, we are
increasing the cash back to $10 through the end of the month (or as long as
we can). Going forward, books purchased using any other promotion other
than the Free 2009 book will not be eligible for a rebate.
The offer as it stands now though Cashbaq is: Buy the 2009 Entertainment Book for $9.99 (at least for the area I checked) plus $4.99 shipping and get $10 back from Cashbaq. Sorry guys! According to the cashbaq website, the $10 rebate only applies to the “Buy a 2010 book and get a 2009 book for free” deal. Buying a 2009 book won’t qualify you for the rebate. Thanks Laura!
Remember that if you are new to Cashbaq you get a $5 new member bonus. That should help cover the cost of shipping. I also checked through Ebates and while Ebates was still offering $6 rebate back, but the price of the book has gone up to $9.99 as well.
Sorry guys, a lot of these hot deals you really have to jump and take advantage of them as soon as they become available.

i ordered mine first thing this morning and got the 7.99 deal. Does that mean I will still get my 8.00 cashbaq? This is my first purchase through them and really hope it isnt a flop!
According to what the email said, you should Jen.

wow, one good thing about being up at 4am I suppose.. I was able to get in on the early deal…. I just hope it’s legit and works out!
I have never actually gotten the cash back on an Entertainment Book deal through Cashbaq. They always find some excuse not to pay so only do it if you can afford to pay out of pocket. Just a warning.
