YoPlus is currently offering a rebate form on their website. Buy one Package of Activia yogurt, send UPC code and receipt (dated after 8/1) and get back a coupon for FREE YoPlus yogurt. I have been “buying” Activia for free at my local grocery store after doubled coupon for weeks and was happy to see that I still have an receipt from last week in my wallet. Reader Erin shares that Activia yogurt is on sale at her local Dillon’s store for $1.88. Use the coupon for $1/1 from 8/2 SS insert or this $1/1 printable coupon (Thanks Amanda). Pay $0.88 for one, submit for the YoPlus rebate form and get the free YoPlus coupon. Unfortunately this offer is void in NY, ND, LA and RI.

I mailed official mail in request form, original store receipt and the upc barcode but received my envelope return to sender due to box closed and unable to forward. What is my next step
