Kmart Super Doubles: Huggies Diapers $2.79 per Pack or less!

One of the products included in the “Spend $50, get $12 coupon back” catalina offer going on right now at Kmart is Huggies baby products.  Jenae emailed me a way to get these for very cheap after doubled coupons and catalina promotion:

$49.95 wyb five Jumbo packs of Huggies diapers or Pull Ups
$4 wyb two packs of Ziploc bags
$53.95 subtotal before coupons
-$5 when you use the $5/$50 Kmart coupon
- $20 when you double five $2/1 Huggies diaper printable coupons or $2/1 Pull Ups printable coupon
-$3 when you double this $1.50/2 Ziploc printable coupon
=$25.95 plus tax out of pocket and get a $12 off your next order coupon back.

That’s like paying $2.79 per pack! And if you get the right packages that qualify for the Caregivers MarketPlace rebate you may get an additional $0.75 per pack back.  I plan on doing a similar deal.  Then I will use the $12 catalina back to get the Procter & Gamble offer (Buy 3 selected products and get a coupon for $5 back) to get some cheap Charmin.

Happy Savings!

Hi Mercedes! Love your blog! Question for you: in your opinion, which is the better Charmin deal –Kmart’s current promotion, or CVS’s?

2 Mercedes September 29, 2009 at 12:17 PM

Hi Susan,

Let’s run the numbers:

CVS

$20 two charmin packs
$6 one Tide
=26
-$5 from 5/25 cvs coupon
-0.50 charmin coupons
-1 tide coupon
=19.50 plus get $10 ecbs back for 32 big rolls or 30 cents per roll after coupons and ecbs.

Kmart:

$26.97 (I would pad my order with freebies or things I need so I could use $5/50)
-1.50 three charmin coupons doubled
=$25.47 plus get $5 coupon back for 48 big rolls or 42 cents per big roll after coupons and catalina

The CVS deal is better. the $/$$ coupon helps a lot to make it an even better deal.

Can you use the $12.00 cat to do the same diaper deal again at Kmart?

4 Mercedes September 29, 2009 at 1:39 PM

Hi Jennifer,

Yes, you could but you would only be able to use the $12 coupon and not the $5 Kmart coupon. The $12 coupon prints as a Kmart reward coupon and so is the $5 coupon. The kmart registers only take one Kmart reward coupon per transaction.

WOW! I wish I had a Kmart nearby! Thanks for the breakdown on the Charmin deal, though. I’m in desperate need of some TP.

I might have missed this, but what days does Kmart do the double coupons? I was just there today! But, I’d love to take advantage of this diaper deal.

One other question – the $2 Huggies coupon from the link above says one coupon per purchase. How do you use five at one time?

8 Marci September 29, 2009 at 3:05 PM

My KMart will not let me get the catilina deal if I’m using manufacturer coupons. :(

Mary,

The one per purchase refers to one per item purchased NOT per transaction. As long as you are using one coupon per items purchased you are ok.

Mary,

If your store is participating Kmart is doubling coupons everyday this week. Call your local store to confirm participation.

Does anyone know if Huggies Overnights are a part of this deal?

12 KELLY H September 29, 2009 at 8:24 PM

Shauna- the Overnights worked for me.

My Kmart is only doubling P&G coupons. :(

Does anyone know if you need to spend $25 on health & beauty and/or food items in order to double coupons this week? (that was the criteria for the last couple of “double coupon” promotions at KMart)

How long is this offer? And how do you know that a catalina will print? I’m new to this couponing process and was just wondering
