My Rite Aid in ad Pull Ups coupon says “manufacturer coupon” on the top. Can I still use that with a “regular” coupon? I thought store coupons usually said their name on top.

At my Rite Aid in Spokane, WA I tried the Johnson’s and Johnson’s deal. WELL, they said they have a new policy-

I just came back from my Rite Aid in Norwalk, CT and they told me that they have a new “policy”. They can’t except coupons that are not in COLOR????? They said that they are having problems with people photocopying coupons. I told the manager that the coupons I had had not been photocopied. He reluctantly took them and they scanned just fine. Was wondering if anyone knows about this new policy?
