They are still honoring the code online I think. I had the same problem this morning, and even the cashier was unaware of the problem until the coupon wouldn't work. A manager came up and showed me the corporate letter given yesterday. Oh well, was a good idea for a couple of days. After finding all the stuff I wanted to buy the girl at the register tried my coupon. It didn't work and another girl told her that they recieved a message this morning. The message said that they were no longer accepting the coupon that was available for print at sears.com. I immediately left the store and called customer service as the coupon is not to expire until 11/14/09. It has already been pulled. The guy at customer service said that the coupon was used and abused do to being in a pdf format. Go figure. They set it up to be printed multiple times and people do it... I pointed out to him (over the phone) that it gives instructions to the sales associate at the bottom to enter the coupon number manually... he's going back in to try!
