Mercedes- I left a question on the last list of printables well after you posted, so I’m afraid you didn’t see it. You mentioned freezing the crescent rolls for Thanksgiving. How do you do this? Baked or not? Thanks!

Yes, I am sorry. I would freeze them uncooked. but since we are so close to Thanksgiving you can try to find some packages with “Best By” dates after Thanksgiving. That way you don’t have to freeze them at all. Last year I froze some Pillsbury biscuits and just use them a bit ago (yeah that was a while). Admittedly they did not rise as much but it had been a long time since I had frozen them. I doubt there will be too much difference if you don’t want too long to use them. There’s only 8 weeks to Thanksgiving. if you are worried try to find some with reasonable best by date and refrigerate only.
