I received a couple of comments and emails from readers regarding having their submission to the Fuel for School rebate returned to them. I looked into it and found an answer provided by a customer service representative from Kelloggs on Hotcouponworld. I contacted the representative from Kelloggs directly to confirm the information she shared and she verified the information to me.
If you sent your Kelloggs Fuel for School rebate postmarked by 9/30/09, and had this rebate returned to you because the P.O. Box you sent it too was closed, you need to do this:
Please send the entire returned envelope directly to Kelloggs at P.O. Box CAMB, Battle Creek, MI 49014 and mark “FFS EXCEPTION” on the outside of the envelope. No need to call Kelloggs first.
Please make sure to make copies of everything you are sending if you haven’t already. I hope this helps you get your $10 back from this rebate.

Got mine already! I mailed it early and no problems what so ever. I always highlight the “must be postmark by date” so i don’t forget it.
I did get mine returned and I was soooo upset because I did everything right. I emailed Kellogs but haven’t gotten a response yet. So a BIG thanks for posting this as I am re-addressing my envelope now! NEVER EVER give up on a rebate! Not after purchasing what was required and cutting off all the upc codes! I would have pursued this until I got my money back! ALWAYS be sure to copy everything you send in on every rebate until your check comes!
Thank you SOOO much! I got my boss into couponing and this was his first rebate. He wasn’t very happy when it was returned. Said he knew it was too good to be true! This will restore his faith!! I have a friend whose was returned also. I e-mailed Kellogg’s and didn’t get a response either. Even a short form letter would have been nice. Anyway, thanks again!!
