If you live in wisconsin Farm and Fleet has them for 16 something.
Fleet Farm in MN has them in their toy catalog for $15.86. Picked up 2 with no issues. Not a bad little gift for less than $6 each.
My Walmart will not allow you to price match AND use a coupon.

I had the same problem at my local walmart. I called corporate and they called the store to make sure they knew it is company policy to allow you to do both.
