I asked the cashier why because the coupon was vague & didn't exclude or specify particular products. They had a hand written mark on the coupon for the cashiers by the cash register saying ONLY the ROC items pictured on the $5 coupon. Urgh! Watch your pricing too....Visine is suppose to be 4.49 (shelf price) but rang up for 5.29. Very frustrating when store rip you off like that.
