I have done this a few times and have mixed luck. Sometimes it works and other times they write back saying I already have an offer submitted. Does this happen to anyone else?

This site won’t come up in either IE or Firefox. Must be overwhelmed!

I finally got the site to come up and it said they had reached their free-sample limit.
I also have not been able to register with ShopText–I never receive a text from them. Any suggestions?
