My husband recently switched from cereal every morning to scrambled eggs and a piece of fruit (to help control his carbs). It’s been working well for him so far!

Lately I’ve not really been a breakfast gal, but when I do it’s cold ceral with milk (mostly soy!) or a Fiber One bar. In the winter I do like oatmeal. I do fancy a muffin here and there too.

Lately I have been taking Kashi cereal (the puffed version, not the horse oat version) and a tupperware cup of silk to work with me. I recently switched from the regular Silk Vanilla to the Silk Light Vanilla. I love it!

Soy milk is all our daughter can drink. She doesn’t like to eat much breakfast, so I mix her soy milk with a yogurt drink or make our own with soy milk, peanut butter, and fruit in the blender. It’s healthy and I know she’s getting her morning protein!

Granola and yogurt! My youngest daughter has a milk allergy, so drinking Soy milk is a great option for her. She loves vanilla Silk!

There are two things I love to eat for breakfast: 1) Kashi’s GoLean Crunch with Organic Unsweetened Silk Soymilk and freeze-dried blueberries; 2) Chia seeds, oatmeal, walnuts, peanut butter, and raisins. I know the second one’s a bit strange and sometimes I make it stranger by adding hemp protein but both are so delicious!

While growing up, my mom would only feed us either regular cow milk or soy milk. I have a couple of glasses of soy milk everyday (usually the unsweeten). They’re so refreshing!

Now, I’ld do the same for my kids. They drink only regular milk or fresh soy milk.
