If you go to the Safeway facebook page and to to the events page, this is what it says
“Valid one day only 12/08/09, to the 1st 25,000 customers, minimum purchase $25 required, Club Card required, Card loaded offer. A value of $4.99 or more.”
You have to load this coupon offer to your Safeway club card and only the frist 25,000 customers are going to get it if they purchase $25.00.
