I just wanted to let you know that the Joint Juice B1G1 coupon is "out of prints for this campaign." I'm not sure if it will say the same thing when you get the subsequent weeks emails or not.

I just checked, my week two email link seems to be working. So, no coupon when you first sign up but wait a week and maybe that link will work (if they don't run out of those by then, sheesh.)

I can tell you from experience that you can use manufactures coupons and still get RR. I am a manager at the WAG. I do it all the time. Please contact Catalina, and realize that we do try to maintain sufficient stock for everybody. So we will take your name and get your merchandise in for you.

So the Dr. Scholls deal, can I do it 3 times, with the 3 different products? I mean, in one transaction? I am new to this. Not quite sure what works and what doesn't.

Carmila,

I too had this happen to me last week for the very first time in the past year of shopping at Wags. I did the Benefiber deal last week and went over it again and again and I did it correctly. The cashier told me, "They are cracking down on people who get things for free. . ." blah, blah, blah. I was dumbfounded. I talked to the manager at length about how I only shop there for the deals and prior to coupon shopping hadn't set foot in a Wags for 10 years, and how Wags gets face value for every coupon they send in plus 8 cents, etc. etc. He was very apologetic and nice, but guess what? No RR. Hmmmm. Maybe it's just this paticular store.

Went out today to two different Wags for this week's deals and no problems what-so-ever. Who knows.

There is a $1/1 coupon in the 10/25 SS for the Lypsyl lip care product which would make it FREE after RR. Next to the coupon is a form to submit for a $2.00 rebate so it would end up being a $2 MM. I didn't notice this coupon right away so look carefully for it. It says Save $1.00 on any Finesse or Lypsyl product. And it expires 1/31/10 so only ONE day to use it.

I guess the issue is there are 5 stores in the South Florida area where I am at, and 4 of the 5 (The last one is kind of a drive away, so we dont get a chance to go often) have given us problems and refuse RRs because we 'aren't paying enough'.

Thank you Mercedes, I will call the Catalina company and let them know. I never thought to contact them so thank you so much for the advice :)

Hi Carmila,

I am really sorry and sad to hear about your experience and your discouragement. It is a very frustrating experience, particularly when most of the RR offers do print even if you have used coupons. That's the norm. You can find in my FAQ the several reasons why a RR wouldn't print. If you have taken advantage of an offer and your RR should have printed you need to call the catalina company not Walgreens. Catalina is the company that manages the RR offers for Walgreens and the manufacturers offering it. They will let you know exactly why your RR didn't print because they can look up your particular transaction and figure it out. You can find the # to the catalina company hin my FAQs as well:
http://www.commonsensewithmoney.com/faq/

Give it a try.
Also, and I am sure you have thought ot this, you may want to try at another Walgreens store.

I would love to try some of these deals, but for the past few weeks I have not gotten any RRs because they said I won't get them if I am using manufacturer's coupons. Even when I inquire, they said I am paying to little and they won't 'force' them to print. (managers)

I even called Walgreens customer service, and they said if I use manufactorer's coupons no rewards will print and you have to pay a certain amount (ie if it says you have to spend $20 in product, you have to PAY $20, not after coupons) So are other people still getting their rewards? Really want to try Wags this week, but its depressing when I never get RRs anymore. Any suggestions?
