Are you looking forward to the big game? Who are you rooting for this year? Since I lived in Louisiana for many years I feel I must back up the Saints. I am bummed because I cut through one of my DiGiorno pizza coupons while I was clipping them. Right through the bar code too. Good thing I have one more to use.
Happy Savings!
Disclosure: Walmart provided me with two $50 Walmart gift cards for my participation in this program which I’ll be giving away when I get back from running errands.

Love the saints! First Win!!
I am a Texas Girl who loves the COWBOYS!!!! As for this weekend, I will be cheering for BOTH teams.
Saints all the way! This team has brought so much joy and oneness to the city of New Orleans and the great state of Louisiana.I was born and raised there( I live in Utah now),and can tell you this is something special. My self and countless others bawled like babies when the Saints bet the Vikings,it took 44 years, but they did it.This is their first ever Superbowl. This saints team is so much more than a football team, more than a game,Its the spirit of New Orleans.WHO DAT!
Go COLTS!
GO WISCONSIN!
New Orleans needs more cheers and smiles in their lives. Go Colts!
“I am bummed because I cut through one of my DiGiorno pizza coupons while I was clipping them. Right through the bar code too.”
I’ve done this before as well. Just grab some tape and tape it ON THE REVERSE SIDE, making sure to match the lines on the bar code. It should work and if not, the cashier can still key the code in.
I HATE when I cut through a bar code or the expiration date. I’ve done what Candy has recommended and it’s worked just fine. But if you did what I’ve done all too many times, and not noticed until after you’ve tossed the inserts, it’s so frustrating. Just wanted to let you know you’re not alone!
Cathy,
That’s exactly what I did. I threw away the rest of the age where the coupon was.
Mercedes
Just for the record.. I’ve accidently cut thru the barcode on a few coupons and I just taped them back together, not sure if it’d work or not.. but because they use a scanner on them, they just need one tiny little bit of the barcode (all the way across) to work so you should try it.. mine have always gone thru..
Hope it works for you too!
This is a hard one since I am a cowboys fan- but I will have to go with the Saints on this one! They deserve it!
More good and inexpensive ideas for hosting a Super Bowl party at home.. they would work for all age groups.. worth a read

Thank you for posting this! I did notice, though, that you can get a better deal on the Red Baron Pizzas at Walgreens right now, since they’re on sale 2/5 there. With the $1/2 Red Baron manufacturer’s coupon, that’s $4 for 2 pizzas. You can get the deal at Walgreens or bring their insert to Walmart and have Walmart price match it.
