I’m such a dork. My first thought was to have the leash covered in pictures of my cat (who ALWAYS tortures my dog)

Every time I try it I get Your transaction exceeds the individual transaction limit of $10,000.00 USD.
I keep getting an error message about my transaction exceeding the $10,000 limit.
Just a tip: this happened to me too, and I began a live chat with them. It’s because I used paypal, and they can’t register a zero balance! So just put your cc in, and even though it won’t be charged, it will go through.

Mine just went threw, before I was trying to pay with paypal, when I switched to pay with my debit it went threw with no problem and it said YOUR ORDER TOTAL $0.00.
Yeah I was going to say like Blazinfire said that if you use a credit card it goes through. Paypal doesn’t
i used paypal then it said that exceeding $10,000 then i switched to debit card and went through fine

Commenting for the second time. I was receiving the $10,000 limit error message that a few of you seem to be having. After taking Blazingfire’s suggestion and switching my payment method from Paypal to my credit card the error message went away and the order went through.
I tried and it worked but I didn’t use the paypal option

Not every new account gets it for some reason, try again with a different e-mail and hopefully you’ll get lucky. Mine worked the second time I signed up with a different e-mail.
I finally got it to work, but I had to switch from using firefox to ie. I had clicked on the promo link via cswm and tried 2 different new email accounts numerous times all to no avail. I almost gave up, then thought I’d try to get it via ie. It worked!
