Please be aware that you must enter a Costco member number to fill out the rebate at Costco’s Online Rebate Center. When I called they told me I would also use a member number from a friend/family.

I’m a Costco member and just ordered it and then immediately submitted for the rebate. Hopefully it will work.
Rebecca- did your confirmation email have a ship date that you need for the rebate form?
Thank you…I ordered it…started the rebate and then stopped cuz I realized I needed the ship date. I hope it goes thru fine…but thank you for telling me about this. I plan to start homeschooling next year as my oldest moves into Kindergarten!!

Wish I had seen that before buying! Sounds like they’re taking a big hit on this and are trying to get rid of the stock with the rebate.
I’ll probably get a refund, we’ll see. No use getting my son hooked on something that’s gonna cost $8 a month extra.
I sent an e-mail to Costco and they said you need to wait until the item is shipped to get the ship date and then submit the rebate.
