I think you only get it if your a new account. I signed up under an old account and it wasnt there. You might want to try signing up a new account.
i just got mine, when you click the link it says free greeting card but if you sign up and check your account the credit should be there

You have to use the link that Mercedes posted or it doesn’t work. and like she said, ignore the message about the greeting card. if you use the link and follow the instructions she posted it should work fine, mine just did.

I got this message too and when I contacted Customer Service they told me it was an error on their part but was not going to honor the free coasters. It should have only been the free 5×7. It was an error that the code was in the account for everyone.
I got the same e-mail and I went to their chat help and told them that a greeting card with a 1.49 value was NOT an adequate substitute – the person said they were out of coasters – and they gave me a cutting board and free shipping.

I contacted the live chat and they do not want to help out. One of the managers said they should not be replacing the coasters with a cutting board. Unfortunately, it is an error on their part so yes I think that those of you who received the cutting boards should have gotten one and feel lucky! Oh well. things happen.
