Can you combine manufacturer’s coupons with those in the Walgreens Feb. coupon book? Aren’t those technically manufacturer’s coupons as well? I’m referring to the toothpaste deal. Thanks!

The coupons in the february coupon are all walgreens store coupons. so they can be combined with manufacturer coupons.

My February booklet coupons all say, in small print, “Manufacturer coupon good only at Walgreens.” And my Wags manager claims that since they are manufacturer coupons, combining the booklet coupons with a coupon from the paper is “fraud.” I don’t think that this is true, but we should be aware that managers all seem to have their own unique interpretations of the elusive Walgreens coupon policy!
I’ve been told by our Walgreens’ manager that the booklet has Manufacturer coupons…

You won’t need a filler. You only need a filler when the number of manufacturer coupons is greater than the number of items in your order.

Is the 15% off coupon before coupons?
The 15% comes off like an employee discount, so each item will actually ring up 15% less than shelf price. Might want to take that into account if you are running a RR deal that requires a certain $ amt to trigger the RR.
Can you use it multiple times?
I have tried the 15% off on several transactions, but presented a coupon every time (did this 3x)
