In My area, Western NY, its free coffee Wednesdays. I would def ask your local DD if they participate.
Where can I go to find totally free, neutral mortgage loan advice? Practically all over the place on the internet is trying to sell us one thing.
I live in PA and my DD is not on the list but i still received this email. I took the print out and handed it into my local DD and they did not have a problem honoring it last Monday. I am going to try the same thing today too.

I can tell you right now the owners of the DD in upstate northern NY will never honor it. It’s hard enough getting them to hire good help, let alone give away something free. Sad days for DD in northern NY.
