I think it probably has something to do with the state you live in. Washington State doesn’t work.

I tried last night, both on mine and my husband’s, both said not eligible. Tried just now and it worked with no problems. I am using FF on a Mac. Maybe they were having a bad night!

I have no clue what kind of age ranges is requesting. Without disclosing my age ;-P I entered a birth year somewhere mid 70′s and it worked for me.
