Just register your cellphone number to get text alerts from Target. Every sunday you will get monthly offers via text message with a link to a barcode that can be scanned at checkout. The same barcode can be used for multiple one-time-only coupon deals throughout the month. Please note that standard text messaging rates apply. In other words you will get charged for these texts if you don’t have unlimited texting plan.

I have unlimited texting with my US cell plan and I was still charged 9.99 a month to get these deals. Just an FYI
