    28 bottles of Purex!

  4. cameron says:

I used my BOGO free Purex coupon yesterday, they we’re on sale $4.50 each, so I got 2 for $4.50. =D Also in the shampoo aisle, the Renpure products are BOGO free($6.99) then it has a ‘TRY ME FREE’ mail in rebate so I did this 2xs. That means 2 shampoos & 2 conditioners (FULL SIZE) all FREE!!!! YAY I’m new to couponing so I was excited.

    • Lisa says:

Cameron, Did you get the Purex at Walgreens? If so, all of the Purex(at least in the 4 stores near me) were on Megasaver buy one get one free. They didn’t ring up automatically, I had to tell the cashier. I was able to use the BOGO coupon and get 2 free, just paid tax.

  5. Kara says:

I went to Walgreens on Monday and the Purex shelves were already empty. :( I’m going to stop again tonight… So far, I’ve only snagged the RenPure shampoo/conditioner.

    • Lisa says:

At the stores in my area, the Purex was on end caps at the back of the store. The aisle was empty, but the end cap was full!

  6. meg says:

does anyone else get a “this campaign has ended” message when you try to print simply sleep coupon from tylenol calendar?

  7. Jean says:

CVS is going to have Purex on sale BOGO the week of 3/14. So you can use your BOGO Purex coupon there too.

  8. Wags has rocked this week!

I was able to use the BOGO Purex coupon to get (2) bottle for free – no issues at the register.

I think I need to grab this vitamin deal, too! Thanks for the heads up!

  9. Michele says:

Here in Ohio we’ve had SO many problems with our stores accepting the Purex BOGO coupons… Even called Customer Relations, got redirected back to the store that was giving me problem! Boo Walgreens! I am so discouraged over how many cashiers and stores misinterprate coupons ultimately turning away their customers and losing sales!!! We are not doing anything wrong!!! :( Overwhelmed in Ohio…Michele

I was just wondering what Resveratrol was used for?

    • Lisa says:

I just checked Wikipedia and this is what they have to say:

Resveratrol (trans-resveratrol) is a phytoalexin produced naturally by several plants when under attack by pathogens such as bacteria or fungi. Several experiments suggest that it triggers mechanisms that counteract aging-related effects in animals.

Resveratrol is currently a topic of numerous animal and human studies into its effects. The effects of resvaretrol on the lifespan of many model organisms remain controversial, with uncertain effects in fruit flies, nematode worms,[1] and short-lived fish. Resveratrol does not increase the life span of mice. In mouse and rat experiments, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar-lowering and other beneficial cardiovascular effects of resveratrol have been reported. Most of these results have yet to be replicated in humans. In the only positive human trial, extremely high doses (3–5 g) of resveratrol in a proprietary formulation have been necessary to significantly lower blood sugar.[2]

Resveratrol is found in the skin of red grapes and is a constituent of red wine, but apparently not in sufficient amounts to explain the French Paradox. Resveratrol has also been produced by chemical synthesis[3] and is sold as a nutritional supplement derived primarily from Japanese knotweed.

IT’S A GOOD THING IT’S FREE!! HAS ANYBODY TRIED THIS AND SEEN FOUND IT WORTH USING?? DOES IT REALLY LOWER BLOOD SUGAR? THANKS!

This is my first time posting a comment, but I did so good at Walgreens tonight I just had to share. I did the Vicks/Puffs deal, the Reservatrol, Kotex, Purex, and Excedrin (I think that is everything!). My before savings total would have been $78.28, I paid OOP $14.30 and got $10 RR back! So that is a savings of $71.98 with the RR. (It also helps that I get employee discount!) How exciting! On to Target tomorrow!

  13. Kimberly Edidngs says:

I was looking at the “-$10 when you use $5/1 Finest natural Resveratrol 160 mg capsules 60 ct from March coupon book” the coupon book says one coupon per customer per transaction. I was wondering how your are able to save the $10? Also I wanted to mention I went to Walgreens yesterday and my total savings $77.82! I purchased so many things that I would never have thought I would buy at a drug store it was awesome!! Thanks for the great deals! I am loving it!

    • Denise says:

With a Walgreens coupon, either in the ad, the savings book, or the internet ones, the register will take that amount off for each item you purchase. So if you buy 1, it takes of $5, 2, $10, and so on.
