This is interesting. I did not qualify. I have a medium/low income and a child in every age group except 4-5 year olds. I’m bummed that I did not qualify.

I think its the high traffic- it worked for me earlier but I went to show a friend and the link no longer works.
Tried it about 10 times and the link is not working for me.

It didn’t work for me earlier, but it just worked now and it said I qualified. But then after I entered my mailing info, it took me directly to startsampling.com and it said “not found” so I don’t know if it really worked. Anyone else have that happen?
I clicked on Mercedes’ link again and it took me directly to the address form and this time it worked. Crazy!

I qualified! So excited – I love getting freebies in the mail! Just be persistent. I had the same 404 problem the first several times I tried, then I waited about an hour and tried again. After I entered my address it took me to the Start Sampling error message so I minimized that window, clicked on the link above and it also took me to the address screen so I entered it again and it went through that time.
Finally worked for me AFTER I received an e-mail from you! I used the link ONE more time and that was the charm! Thanks!

I got the 404 error with first URL. The MySampleShowcase URL worked, but this is what the page indicated:

Then, recieved this msg:
Thank you, your email address has been added to the Sample Showcase mailing list.
Thinking they were probably overwhelmed with requests and changed it to simply signing up for emails.
There wasn’t a survey; it only asked for my email address and then I was added to the mailing list. What did I do wrong??
recieved my sample showcase in mail today!!! It is great, would have taken over a month to get this many samples in,if I requested each one seperately.Instead recieved 12 in one neat little box only 2 weeks after requesting!!!
I too, received my sample box in the mail yesterday. Great timing as I can bring some of this with me on vacation.

I got my box the other day. I wonder if different areas got different things? I live in Cambridge MN.
Got splenda, tasters choice instant coffee, dove chocolate, 2 shower to shower, and 3 aveno products. Also Aveno q’s and splenda q.
Was amazed at how fast it came!
