I think the rebate is included in the package when you get the freebie in the mail.

I signed up that I “like” Kraft foods but I didn’t see where it said to chose my sample pack. Will I get a separate e-mail?
Just got mine in the mail. Got some samples of wheat thins and coffee mix. Got free coupons for mac and cheese and lunch meat and rebate offer card. Also included was a buy one year get one year free subscription offer.
