I just got back my local CVS. I went looking for the Huggies diaper clearance. Well, they were still only 50% off and only one pack left. BUT the CVS brand jumbo packs of diapers were down 75% off or $2.37 cents each. This week CVS is running an extra care bucks promotion on their brand diapers: buy one jumbo pack get back $2 extra care bucks. I bought this clearance pack for $2.37 and the $2 in extra care bucks printed. So they cost me only 37 cents after ECBs. Not a wasted trip at all!

I just got back and no Huggies were left at my store. I did get some CVS…usually get size 5, but the lady in front of me took 2 cart fulls of size 4 & 5, there was 4 packs of size 6 so I grabbed them as they will work too. They were marked to $3.49 after the 75% off. Also got some Aveeno shampoo/wash for $1.42 a bottle. Huggies shampoo/wash for 97 cents and a Conair Infiniti Hair Straightener for $14.99 marked down from $60!! Paid $42 with a savings of $120!!!

HaHa, no problem….size 6 will work since he is probably almost 35 pounds. Mine will be 2 the end of June…hopefully we can get out of diapers soon….then I’ll have to buy even more pull ups since oldest wears them to bed still. I usually never go to CVS since its out of my way, but I thought I’d try. Never used CVS brand either, so I hope they are good diapers. I’m hoping my neighbor who works in Freeport, IL can find some for me tomorrow night….since there are no other CVS stores around…until August when they open up on West Wash.

Lisette, I had the guy check in the back for more size 5 and there were none. Not sure if they have anymore in the back, but all sizes were gone. There were still some Huggies wash left and some other baby stuff like pacifiers, etc.

I just got back from CVS in Bakersfield for some reason there is NO sale for HUGGIES. So I ended up buying CVS brand. Do you think the sale is only in the specific area??
My ultrathins did not generate a ECB, I got a size 5 pack of 46. Still $3.49 is a good deal.
The CVS ultrathin diapers are in the kight pink package (as pictured above). The jumbo packs are the ones that are generating the ECBs (did the deal today). So, the size 5 package only have 30 diapers in it. You can always try again tomorrow!

PS The CVS wipes were cheap!!! 160 or 216 for about $1.50 or less.

Thanks for the heads up on this. There were no signs up stating that there was a clearance on these diapers, but when I scanned them, I saw the clearance price and I got the ECBs!!! I would buy more at this price, but I am in the area that has the current Huggies Deal going on at Rite Aid – very glad that I live in a test area! I think that everyone should be able to participate in the Rite Aid program next week…so if your Rite Aid is out of diapers this week, get a rain check and save it for next week and “do the deal”! (the deal is, buy 3 Huggies diapers and receive a coupon at the bottom of your receipt for $11.99. I have been doing this deal once per day per card every day this week – with the coupons, it has made for very inexpensive diapers!)

I do a little at Copps but their double coupon policy isn’t that great you know with the 5 max and min. $25 purchase. I do best at Sentry. Went last night and got about $100 worth of grocieries for $35. Anyways drop me an email maybe we could get our kiddos together sometime at the park or something. You never know this may be the start of a beautiful friendship :0-)
I got the jumbo pack of the cvs diapers but unfortunately mine didn’t print the ecbs… Oh well, 3.49 for that many diapers still a good deal!! I just hope the cvs brand is a good diaper…
