So, I was strolling the interwebz (which is what I regularly do to find these deals for you) when I spotted this deal. Starting on 6/27 CVS will be offering the following extra care bucks deal: buy $25 in Aveeno products and get back $10 extra care bucks. There are two new Aveeno coupons available PLUS a rebate to get you $25 worth of Aveeno product for FREE. Here is the deal:
Buy two Aveeno Nourish Shampoo or Conditioners $6.49 each (mix or match)
buy two Aveeno Nourish Styling products $6.49 each
Use two $1.50/1 Aveeno Nourish shampoo/conditioner product
Use two $1.50/1 Aveeno Nourish hair styling product
Pay $19.96 plus tax out of pocket and get back $10 extra care bucks
Then submit for $10 back when you buy $25 in Aveeno products Mail in Rebate to get everything FREE after coupons, ECBs and Rebate. It’s as easy as one transaction and one rebate submission. This is a good deal to “roll” the $10 ECBs I got from buying the Sears Gift card last week and turning them back into cash.
Has anyone tried these products? how did you like them?

Sweet. thanks thanks thanks, fingers crossed!*
Thanks so much for posting this Mercedes! I relocated to Southern California from Maryland last week and need some good deals. Coupon inserts are so bare here.
Hi Lindsey,
I live in Southern California too. I think LA Times has better inserts than OC Register.
Just a bit different.
Shampoo coupon in MIA
I can say that I have tried this shampoo through samples and ABSOLUTELY love it. I, unfortunately, don’t have a CVS close by so I won’t be able to take advantage of this deal. But, if I did, I would definitely take advantage of this deal. I can’t justify ‘paying’ for this shampoo when I have 20 bottles of other for free, but of all the shampoo I have tried — Pantene, Dove, Herbal Essence, Garnier Fructis, EverPure, etc. — it is my favorite. Of the professional that I have tried, I would compare it to Biolage. HTH
I got a free sample of this. It’s really good. I might do the deal, I dunno. Don’t really need any more shampoo right now…
Best lotion I ever used was the Aveeno. I’m not sure the one I like is pictured. It looks exactly the same tube size as the one pictured but has the labeling: Aveeno Active Naturals. Then in a grape colored box it says: Intense Relief overnight cream. This is the best lotion bar none I have ever, ever used. Hope that it is on the sale.
Are there any coupons to match this lotion?
Will the rebate work?
K
The rebate seems to include the lotions. There is a $2/2 coupon for the lotion on coupons.com.
Mercedes
Thank you so much for this! I will definitely be doing this rebate.
Shampoo and conditioners are fantastic!
Is there a way to print that rebate form without wasting a bunch of ink? Thanks!
There is a way to print a specific part of the rebate form. I don’t know if this is specific to my computer or will work for all computers, but here’s what I do:
When you have the pdf file open, click on the Snapshot Tool icon on the upper toolbar. It looks like a circle within a square within a dotted-square, next to the Select Text Tool icon. When you click it, the button will look pressed in and your mouse pointer will change shape to a cross. This will let you click and drag your mouse to select an area of the page. You will click and hold the button down, drag your mouse until the box encloses the area you want to print, then let the button up. The area might flash (kinda like you’re taking a snapshot of the specific area. Once you have done that, click on Print and when the Print window opens there should be a Print Range area. Make sure Selected Graphic is selected in that area and click OK to print. That should only print the area you selected. At least it does on my computer. I hope that works the same way for others!
Absolutely love it!
The fine print in the rebate terms states “This certificate may not be mechanically reproduced. Reproduction, sale, trade or purchase of this certificate is prohibited.” Aren’t we reproducing the certificate when we print it from your link? Will Aveeno accept all these duplicate forms? I’m only asking because I only want to buy the products if the rebate request will not be rejected….
uh, nevermind… I see the rebate is on aveeno.com to print out, so I guess that’s how it is distributed….
Hi Mercedes,
Not sure if you have mentioned this coupon elsewhere or not, but in my 6/20/10 SmartSource there were two Aveeno Coupons. They are as follows:
Save $1.00 on any Aveeno Active Naturals Nourish+ Shampoo, Conditioner and Styling Prodcts. Expires 9/30/2010
Save $2.00 on any Two Aveeno Active Naturals products (excludes trial sizes) Expires 9/30/2010.
I live in Northern CA.
Hope this helps!
Diane
Thanks for posting this. It worked great at CVS today. I used $14 in ECBs and $6 in coupons on my $25 purchase. WOOHOO!
The rebate is now showing as a $20 rebate when you buy any Ageless Vitality product… did I miss it?
Hi Mercedes,
Just an update. I finally received a response on Oct 8 from Aveeno regarding the rebate. I did the exact transaction above: $6.49 for 4 products =25.96; 2 stylers & 2 shampoos for OOP of $19.96. My rejection form letter has checkmarked (X) Purchase total is not $25.00 or more. I am really bummed!! The rebate form clearly states “$25 WORTH of product”. Maybe their legal department did not approve the form before they offered it to customers? I am a paralegal – I give close attention to the nuances & exact phrasing of the English language. Aveeno is a great product but they’ve lost me as a customer. We have too many other great products to choose from before giving our business to a manufacturer that does not honor its offerings. You do such a super job keeping us informed and up-to-date on good deals – thanks a bunch!
