Spoke with them today and they are refunding me $200 for 4 boxes of DryMax I didn’t use. My daughter got such a terrible raw red rash from them!

That’s great that they made it up to you this way. What did they say you should do with the non used diapers?

They asked me to hold on to a few diapers to send back. I had to read off numbers from either the box or a diaper from each box. They can issue up to $200 by phone and any higher amount you need to send in receipts & barcodes. 2-3 Weeks for the Refund check in the mail. I plan on giving the unused diapers to a friend.
I didn’t purchase these but I did try a 3 pack sample and my daughter got severe diarrhea and ended up with a chemical burn all over her bottom. It actually peeled her skin. The doctor had me make a paste of Maalox and Desitin to apply to her every diaper change. It took about a week to heal. I wish Pampers would do something for me for that!
Wow, that’s terrible! I have heard stories about this happening to people, and it made me a little worried to try the diapers I got! So far we have not had any problems other than normal diaper rash from the hot hot weather, but I am keeping a close eye out. I wonder why some babies seem to have such a terrible reaction and others are okay! Hope your baby is fine now.
