I’m not fond of coupons like this. They are designed to get us to overspend. CVS offers them also. I never use them because I don’t want them dictating how much I spend on a trip to their store. I make that decision myself. And I don’t overspend.
What a great idea to save this coupon to your desktop! I had never heard of this before. Brilliant! I never know how many to print and this way I can just print what I know I will use each week.
I understand what the above reader is saying about not wanting to overspend, but I often find myself spending more than $25. So if I’m going to spend than much ANYWAYS, I’m always happy to have one of these coupons.
I used this coupon last week when buying lots of John Frieda shampoos and conditioners. I ended up throwing in a big pack of toilet paper to get it above $25 and only spent $3 on everything! I wouldn’t call that overspending! Thanks Mercedes!
I consider coupons like these free money. If you can say buy $20 worth of products that you have $20 worth of coupons for.. than use the remaining $5 bucks of merchandise on whatever I need.
This is how I get things that never go on deep sale (i.e. Scott Toilet Tissue, Poly Vi Sol, etc).
Thanks for the coupon. I always hand this coupon to the cashier first before all other coupons.
I had just used this coupon with my wellness+ card last week.
Does anybody know if i could use this coupon again with my card or it wont let me use it.
I had problems with this coupon today. When it scanned, the register screen said, “Item not found.” The manager tried again at his register, and it still said the same thing. He apologized, but said that their policy is not to accept printable coupons that won’t scan, and he said, “This is probably one of those coupons that someone took and distributed all over the internet, and Rite Aid doesn’t want you to do that.” I was embarrassed that he was accusing me of using a fake coupon. Tell me, did someone get this coupon in their email for them to use personally? Is it in fact all right for all of us to use it? Thanks for any info.
Martha,
I will look into this today.
Mercedes
yes i had got this coupon via email. I dont know if it was supposed to be personal or what. That’s the reason i was asking if i could use it again this week since i have already used it last week with my +UP card.
How do I get one of these for myself? Sign up for a specific email?
